Department/Division: SalesReports To: The General Manager Role Summary: To achieve company sales target by assisting and encouraging customers in finding and purchasing the required merchandise in order to maximize the company's profit.Key Results Area/KPA:Sales Cycle Product knowledge Competitor's environment Shop organizationMain AccountabilitiesPerformance Measures / Success criteria/KPI1.Selling carpets to clients & maintaining excellent customer service as per instructions in order to enhance sales 2.Keeping the shop and displays clean and tidy at all times.3.Taking care of the shop display and the manual pricing as per the Shop Manager instructions.4.Receive deliveries and follow the procedure to have the carpets ready for display. 5.Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, payment policies and exchanges.6.Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer care policies, selling techniques & other related sales issues7.Coordinates in the inventory, requisition new stock and prepare merchandise for selling or consignment.8.Recommend, select and obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.9.
