Dubai Hill Golf Course is an 18 hole golf course and golf academy that as part of a 2,700 acre prestigious lifestyle community set in the heart of Dubai. We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Storekeeper to be part of our team. Verifies check- in deliveries using established policies and guidelines. Maintains par inventory for supplies in the central stock house. Issues consumables to line staff as and when required for operations. Daily records same. Produces reconciliation and inventory reports at close of each month. Coordinates outgoing shipping processes, which may include weighing packages, calculating rates and preparing documentation. Ensures that stockroom is secured when unattended and return keys to secure location every night. Assists courier with mail processing, pick-up and delivery of interdepartmental mail. Sweeps floors of stockroom and dispose trash and cardboard as needed. Assists in typing and preparing all correspondence for the Golf Course Manager. Assists to prepare summaries and reports. Providing partial administration assistance to the Golf Course Manager in their day to day functioning. Attending to telephone calls, screening callers, receiving messages and pass on the message to the Department heads. Able to take minutes during meetings. Fixing appointments for visitors, other Managers, Department heads, other staff with the Golf Course Manager. Provides onsite finance team support via contacting vendors for orders within defined parameters and scheduling of material deliveries. Codes all invoices for payment and record departmental expenditures, and administers software purchasing platforms within the parameters set by the corporate finance team. Receiving mail, opening, screening and passing up all relevant correspondence to the Golf Course Manager and re- route the rest to the other concerned people. Maintains thorough filing system of all key correspondence and departmental information. Prepares safety/environmental documents as directed by management. In the absence of the Golf Course Manager and/or Agronomy Supervisor, receives messages, mail and resolves urgent matters in consultation with relevant personnel. Keep an eye on information which may have bearing to the organization and / or Golf Course Manager and report the same to him/her. If required assist the Golf Course Manager in their personal correspondence, bank accounts, personal billings, children school fees etc. Requisition of stationery on behalf of the divisional personnel, store and distribute them when requested for.
