• Build Customer Base Management Plan • Prioritize campaigns and manage the campaign planning, • Design campaigns (target, effort, generosity, channel, moment), • Define the campaign objectives and the business cases, • Make campaign conclusions based on analysis received. • Set up loyalty and retention targets and monitor progress through regular dashboards • Propose evolutions for processes and tools related to Customer Base Management. • Manage & validate proper execution of all database marketing campaigns across multi-channel environment (e.g., website, email, call center) • Manage a team composed of an Operational campaign executive and a project executive dedicated to Loyalty and Retention for both Residential and Corporate segments.
