During my career I have developed expertise in providing both technical and business support equally for businesses and home users. Confident in dealing with Windows and Apple desktop 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support. I am competent using VMware and other cloud based services. I understand the importance of thorough decision making and giving resolution leadership and timescales to stakeholders that include students, staff and senior management. I now feel I am ready to seek new challenges and develop my career further working within a forward thinking company, to meet my aspirations and characteristics. I am proactive, approachable and a conscientious colleague with a drive to achieve the highest standards applying my broad and deep knowledge within my area of expertise. Committed to seeing a project through to the end and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a positive end result. Along with my completed MCDST I am currently studying for the latest Microsoft exams. I possess strong communication skills, which have been well demonstrated by how I have progressed in my career.
