We are actively looking for an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (trainee considered) to join our team in Southampton!

What will being an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with us involve?

You will deliver a high standard of patient care as Advanced, or trainee Advanced, Nurse Practitioner (ENT). You will use advanced autonomous clinical skills and a highly developed specialist knowledge underpinned by theory and experience to independently run aural care and nasendoscopy clinics, working alongside our Consultants and GPSIs to deliver a gold standard service to NHS patients.

What skills and experience will you need to apply?
* Minimum of 1-2 years' post registration nursingexperience
* Ability to work in an autonomous role whilst making clinicaldecisions
* Significant experience or professional interest in ENT highlydesireable
* Professional and cooperative attitude towards patients, customers and colleagues
* A Registered Nurse, a Recognised (A)NP qualification (RCN accredited) degree level / Diploma in Aural Care is highly desirable.
* Undertake and adhere to NMC code of conduct
* Take part in appraisal and revalidation processes
* Infection Control training, Manual Handling and Patient Transfer training, Health and Safety Awareness training
* Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team, possessing strong communication skills and an attention to detail.
* Strong understanding of the Data Protection Act and CaldicottPrinciples
