As a Finance Administrator, you will be:

* Providing administrative support to a team of 4 Project managers including general office support, answering the phone, filing and updating company systems

* Keeping accurate records of budget spend and reconciling actual against projected spend

* Keeping record of staff movements and updating the team calendar, also forwarding the information onto the client

* Regular liaison with the Project managers, the client andsuppliers

* Booking accommodation and travel for events

* Booking board rooms and catering for client visits to the companyoffices

* Researching venues and negotiating prices

* Invoicing both internal and external parties on a monthly basis

* Organising meetings

* Keeping an up to date record of available freelancers

* Reconciling freelancer's credit card statements on a monthlybasis

* Monitor and replenish client uniform stock ad source whenrequired

* Supporting the Project Managers by producing quotations, raising purchase orders, uploading budgets, invoicing and reconciliations
