* Provide coaching and advice to senior managers and leaders to ensure delivery of their business area through performance of their people; * Lead and coordinate action planning on the full range of HR activities, including Talent & Development, Employee Relations, Reward & Policy; * Work with management to build a high- performance culture and coach managers on strategies for nurturing their talent; * Delivering plans and strategies to build high employee engagement; * Analysing trends and key metrics to understand the key performance issue, objectives and drivers; * Diagnose and analyse people issues, providing objective challenge and engaging the appropriate methods to ensure resolution. * Strong IT skills, including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint; * Excellent stakeholder management/influencer; * Exceptional attention to detail; * High degree of confidentially; * Ability to manage and coordinate changing priorities, understand "what good looks like" and capable of multi-tasking; * Ability to interpret polices and procedures, identify issues and use initiative when providing solutions; * Strong project delivery and strive for excellence in delivery.
