We are looking for a passionate, data-driven marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, nurturing to close those leads into customers, and focusing on the success and growth of our existing customers. You will be our customers’ biggest fan internally and run campaigns to boost their adoption and use of -- as well as their success with -- our product. You will keep them up-to-date on the latest strategies and features as well.

- Create, manage and apply suitable content (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.) that attracts a qualified audience and generates traffic on our sites
- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers)
- Plan and execute a marketing strategy focusing on product adoption and the overall success of our existing customers
- Educate our customer base about our products and their benefits through customer newsletters, customer-focused content, social media monitoring, and more
- Measure the success of these marketing activities and apply the resulting data by optimizing your approach, marketing automation processes and lead nurturing processes
- Advocate internally to make solutions for the customer -- you are their biggest fans within the company and understand that their success and happiness means our success and happiness!

- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Past experience in communications, marketing, analytics, or related field
- High willingness to work independently, to take ownership and acquire the necessary expertise autonomously on the job
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
- Strong writer and content creator (including blog posts, ebooks, and other customer-facing resources)
- A nose for good product marketing and product UI, and the ability to educate in ways that our customers will understand
- Native language skills in German or English
- Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, SEO, Google Analytics
