Sales Manager - New Business

SG Gaming are seeking a talented and highly motivated Sales Manager, with a proven record of securing lucrative new business deals, to help grow our SG Connect side of the business. You will be responsible for uncovering new business opportunities through personal and company lead generation as well as networking, researching and attending events. The responsibility is to assist in the rapid growth of the business through new names in this thriving division of a Global Business. This includes driving revenue with new customers through targeted and strategic selling.

As a Sales Manager you will identify sales leads, qualify leads and then present and promote appropriate services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with the new contacts until you achieve sales with them. The role is selling direct to Customers or Selling through Partners a role exists for each. This will be selling to board level contacts in multiple sectors and the ability to work through client hierarchical structures and engaging peer to peer relationships with clients will be imperative in this role to deliver results. As part of the SG Connect team, you will need to communicate at all levels from Engineer to Senior Management both within customers and internally and will provide relevant forecasting and reporting as required.

Key Responsibilitiies
* Find and Develop New Business Opportunities and contacts for SG Gaming, following up by meeting with prospects and customers.
* Qualify opportunities in line with company requirements.
* Deliver Contracted New Name business.
* Achieve or exceed sales targets, maintaining a high customer contact rate.
* Generate and craft business winning proposals.
* Work with other suppliers in joint venture.
* Promote new products/service developments to prospective clients.
* Contribute to the development of sales and marketing literature.
* Manage Pipeline and complete sales reports and accurate forecasting on a weekly basis, keeping management informed of all major and significant development in the territory.
* Work with operations and finance to price all work within the agreed pricing matrix.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Demonstrate past success in News Business Sales (Commission Statements and Pay Slips).
* Possesses a strong sales ability and the skills to efficiently develop business on a sustainable level.
* Charismatic relationship building and opportunity qualification skills.
* Superb Presentation Skills using PowerPoint.
* Background knowledge of the service and support sector in any industry.
* Highly motivated and self-managing
* Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
* Ability to drive business efficiency through KPI management.
* Proficient using Microsoft Office packages (Word Excel PowerPoint).
* Availability to travel nationwide as required
