Job Description: International Financial Administrator Job Summary: The International Operations team has an opportunity available for a Financial Services Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing back office administrative and customer service support to our International Operations from our Waterford office. As the team will be supporting International Operations the successful candidate will be required to work shift work on a rotational basis that may rotate between 9:30am - 10.00pm. Main Accountabilities Communicates effectively with our customers through e mail, inbound and outbound calls Daily process of all transactions such as new account set up, maintenances and withdrawals Processes ad hoc customer requests in a timely and accurate manner Meets established quality control measures Meets individual productivity requirements Makes outbound calls to clarify customer requests if necessary. Completes written customer correspondence when necessary Provides follow up on requests that cannot be immediately resolved Builds relationships with staff from other departments to ensure queries are responded to in a timely manner Escalates issues to management when needed Works with management to set daily priorities to ensure prompt and efficient service Identifies process improvements to increase efficiencies and streamline processes Actively participates in departmental team meetings and other open forums Assists with department projects and initiatives as needed Education/ Experience Diploma/BA/BS degree or equivalent experience 1-2 years of customer service / financial services experience Skills/Knowledge Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong commitment to customer service and quality Strong research and follow-up skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Proven ability to successfully cope in a fast-paced, demanding environment Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment Fluent English speaking essential Fluent Spanish speaking optional Job Category: Customer Service / Operations Posting End Date:
