Duties and responsibilities.: Data entry, routine office correspondence, preparing day book, ledger, profit & loss accounts etc.,
2) 1 ½ years experience as computer operator in a private firm in Kuwait.(Kuwait Controls Co, Safat, Kuwait)(Construction Company)

Duties and responsibilities
Preparing purchase orders, different types of forms & tables for construction company, all types of office correspondence, data entry etc,.
3) 5 1/2 years experience Secretary cum English Typist in Radiology Department, Mubarak Al- Kabeer Hospital, Kuwait.
Duties and responsibilities: All administrative works for Doctors, Medical students and other staffs. Typing Medical reports through PACS system (GE) and manually, Preparing Doctor’s duty list,
Charts, seminar presentations for Doctors departmental statistics, internal circulars, Attending telephone calls, receiving visitors and patients for Doctors, Give appointment for patients and visitors, Directing patients to departments, preparing medical students study materials, ( notes, Power point clips etc.,) Medical record keeping, Registering patients & routine office correspondence etc.,
4) 3 ½ years experience as Assistant Officer in Kuwait Airways Engineering Department.
Duties and responsibilities: Providing and ordering Kuwait airways outstation material requirements, Normal office works (Preparing Daily outstanding carried forward defects for aircrafts, material order request, Checking materials status, physical verifications of materials, preparing capital sanctions, requesting SAR, work orders, Creating CC Nos.
