Our client, a leading online gaming company is looking for a Customer Retention Manager to join their growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Allocate and delegate the relative tasks to the staff
Focus on increasing revenue and working alongside the HOB will bevital
Actively assist the HOB in creating new partnerships, defining marketing strategies, and managing bonus spend budget
Interact with current and potential new clients to cementrelationships
Report on casino performance on a regular basis
Communicate with key departments regarding new products etc
Ensure customer satisfaction and the improvement thereof
Attend conferences and events that may take place throughout theyear
Work with the UX and analytics team to optimize and increase performance where necessary


A minimum of 3 years experience in the online gambling and casinoindustry
Display extensive knowledge of the casino products you work with
Have an analytical mindset to problem solve issues that may arise
Resourceful, obsessive about growth, and always looking at finding new ways to enhance customer loyalty
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
