Duties and Responsibilities

 Attend the calls and make calls to the customers when needed.
 Responsible to maintain the track record of incoming and outgoing calls and enquiries properly.
 Greet the customers and take care of the comfort level properly
 Perform the clerical duties and also take care of all clerical work including couriers, faxes and filling forms etc.
 Keep the reception clear and maintain record shelves of internal communication held from front desk to other departments.
 Provide information regarding official timings, training scheduling, bookings, general info...
 Take care of customer’s queries and give proper attention
 Insure proper follow up of the day to day activities and ensure proper transfer to other shift/departments
 Resolve issues and service complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
 Promote teamwork and collaboration with the other departments and other institutions
 Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time
 Provide any administrative support in other matters as required from time to time.

Skills and Specifications

 Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U , Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Any field.
 Able to communicate effectively over phone and e-mails with good communicational skills.
 Good organizational skills to manage entire work properly.
 Excellent presentation, pleasing personality, good interpersonal and behaviour skills
 Preferably possess own transport as you will required to work on shift
 Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
 Independent, resourceful and pro-active
 Fluent in English and Malay (French will be an added advantage)
 Able to work with minimum supervision
 Preferably posses own transport as you are required to work on shift
 A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, including Word, Excel, Power point & Project
