Job Responsibilities
To support and assist with the overall HR operations;
Able to manage and handle all foreign workers matters including work permit, welfare, Fomema, medical and others related issues;
To manage staff leave records, attendance and other day-to-day operational supports;
Assist in payroll preparation by updating relevant data such leaves, attendance, overtime and other related issues;
Coordinate training programs for employees;
Update and maintain training records and ISO related issues;
Manage, prepare and deal with relevant Authorities for CIDB, HRDF, Myeg and JIM;
Able to handle all correspondences;
To undertake any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned by Superiors from time to time.

Job Requirements
Must have at least Diploma or Professional Certificate in Human Resource;
At least 1-2 years working experience in the related field is required;
Required skills - MS Excel, MS office, MS Powerpoint, Quick Staff E- Office System;
Possess good communication and pleasant intepersonal skill and have ability to work independently and efficiently;
Responsible, trustworthy, willing to learn and able to multi tasks;
Proficient in written.oral Bahasa Malaysia and English;
Must be able to work after office hours to finish all outstanding works.
