Job Responsibilities:
Prepare purchase orders, fax or email Purchase Order to supplier.
Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortage, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy and specifications.
Get the new quotation from the supplier and the Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best is among potential suppliers.
Key in the invoice in the system and forward invoices to appropriate accounts.
Doing the filing document.
Follow up with supplier incoming goods (include trading supplier).
Doing the KPI data.

Job Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field.
Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role.
Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
Hands-on experience will be an added advantage.
Motivated, willing to learn, hardworking, result-oriented and a team player.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently.
