Techincal Sales Executive - Nilai (#888,564,904)

- Getting daily orders from customers.
- Monitor customer’s usage in order to provide accurate salesforecast
- Manage key accounts and difficult customers.
- Work closely with key accounts to identify new sales opportunity.
- Provide quotation and price negotiation.
- Requires to fully understand product specification andapplications
- Monthly meeting with key accounts.
- Attend / response to all complaints from customers immediately.
- Preferably to provide solutions / feedbacks to customers on the spot.
- Clearly translate technical issues to internal lab in order to right first time.
- Take ownership to ensure complaints are settle within agreed time frame.
- Daily arrangement of deliveries to customers (local &outstation)
- Provide feedback to customers on the ETA date.
- Ensure that deliveries to customers are complete as per arrangement in order to avoid disruption to production line
- Submit monthly sales forecast on beginning of every month.
- Provide 6 months sales forecast to planning department on month end.
- Monitor sales forecast accuracy.
- Provide monthly orders to ICD countries on beginning of everymonth
- Conduct and assist TBP on line trial qualification for new products at customer plant.
- Organize line trial discussion with customer before conducting thetrial
- Ensure that all works at internal and external are comply with company policies, Product stewardship, HSES and quality managementsystem
- Ensure that all products sold to customers are in compliance to ANPG Product Stewardship, global regulatory and also meeting customer’s specific guidelines

Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science or related degree.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales.
- Requires good analytical skills to tackle technical issues that arise at customer’s site.
- Having experiences or knowledge in metal packaging, can making industries or related field is an added advantage.
- Able to interact well with key account, difficult customers and with various internal departments.
- Requires traveling across Malaysia and Singapore.
