• Handling visa requests from H.R. DEPT.
• Preparing and arranging documents required for Work permit application.
• Preparing documents for visa application after receiving work permits.
• Processing all requests at Immigration and Labor DEPT.
• Submitting visas at airport and meeting new arrival employees.
• Accommodating new employees at company accommodation.
• Arranging Medical Test for new employees at Preventive Medical Hospital.
• Applying for insurance cards with different policies in the Insurance
• Companies.
• All correspondences with all governmental entities and different Embassies.
• Direct contact with ministry of labor to facilitate and solve all company issues.
• Liaising for senior staff leaves and business trips.
• Dealing & solving on a daily basis with all staff requests and inquiries concerning all PR issues.
• Arranging all visa, work permits, medical tests and renewals issues for all new & existing staff “over 1,300 staff”
• Managing the air ticketing and hotel reservations for executive staff in coordination with Administration team.
• All administration & documentation work associated with PR tasks.
• Managing PR officers to achieve the department goals.
• Train the new PR Staff on the department tasks according to the company policies.

• Finalizing procedures for visas of other countries at Different Embassies.
• Authentication of certificates in the Embassies and Foreign Affairs DEPT.
• Dealing with legal Translation Centers keeping good relationships
• Filing whole P.R documents, saving backups and good arrangement of the
Data records and files.
• Processing Immigration deals (entry visa, residence visa, cancellation, ... etc)
• Processing all deals at Labor DEPT.
• Dealing with typing centers with the ability of typing on immigration and labor
• Following all procedures in the labor mortuary cases.
• Dealing with whole labor complaints at Labor DEPT.

• Liaise with the HR Manager to manage the recruitment budget
• Work alongside recruitment agencies to attract talented candidates
• Support expat relocation with HR guidance and general on boarding
• Manage all offer and employment contracts for new joiners
• Handle all employee induction and joining formalities
• Coordinate all visa applications in liaison with the PRO, collation of all
• documents, labor card processing, salary certificates
• Update and maintain the employee handbook
• Manage all employee vacation and sick leave
• Manage the payroll administration for approx. 2000 local hire staff
• Payroll updates, including account details and salary changes
• Manage all personnel files and update records accordingly
• Support the HR Manager in all ad hoc duties
• Manage the Wage Protection System and ensure compliance to labor laws
• Salaries For Employees In The Strictest Confidence
• Transport managing in the site and processing petrol bills for the drivers.
• Contact point between Main Office and Site Administration.
• Handling any request from the site and proceeding it in the main office
(Leave, HR Service, Car Requests, etc).
• Receiving Labor cards insurance cards residence, contracts and delivering
Them to labors in the site keeping full data base regarding that.
• Processing any request for H.R. from the site location.
• Preparing accommodation plan for new employees.
• Cooperating with H.R. Office regarding medical and emergency cases.
• Managing Food support for employees working overtime.
• Managing water support for labors in the site and offices.
