Key Account Manager ISP (#134,624,874)

• Building and managing strong relationships with a portfolio of existing customers.
• Identifying opportunities within existing customer accounts to increase revenues through new products and solutions.
• Negotiating with customers on the renewal of existing contracts in a professional and timely manner.
• Managing the growth of assigned customers effectively through transactional and solution-oriented selling approach.
• Responding to inbound sales enquiries for existing customers in coordination with Customer Contact Center.
• Increasing retention rate of current customer base by providing high level of quality throughout all account activity and engagement.
• Working cooperatively with the other members in the team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Providing quotations and formal responses to statements such as RFPs, RFQs, etc..
• Managing customer relationships effectively and visiting customers regularly in order to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, retain existing revenue and obtain additional business.
• Following up with customers after installation regarding any issues and escalating the issue to the concerned function within NourNet.
• Learning and developing knowledge of new technologies and selling points including enhancing expertise in NourNet’s products and solutions.
• Visiting VIP class and M+ class customers twice every month, and checking their open tickets and Work Orders daily, as well as achieving 35% of revenue growth.
• Calling M class customers once every month, visiting once every two months, and checking their open tickets and Work Orders twice every week, as well as achieving 25% of revenue growth.
• Calling S class customers once every month, visiting once every two months, and checking their open tickets and Work Orders once every week, as well as achieving 15% of revenue growth, in addition to offering promotions to upgrade their service levels.
• Checking the open tickets and Work Orders once every week for VS class customers, and offering promotions to upgrade their service levels.
