Petracarbon’s Oil and Gas division requires a coordinator to support the day to day paperwork/administration. Candidates should be meticulous, organized and a team player, acting as a go-between the sales team and production technicians. Multi-tasking and follow-ups skills are a must. No travelling outside Singapore is required. Responsibilities of this individual include: Generate necessary forms for all transactions-POs, DOs, Invoices, supporting documents Tracking and documentation of incoming/outgoing rental equipment Submit and archive paperwork systematically Responsible for keeping small inventory items under lock and key Work closely with accounts department for payment processing Coordinate production requests between sales team and workshop operations Provide sales quotes to customers for standard items Packing and shipping of equipment cargo overseas Undertake sourcing/purchasing for spare parts and services Manage order process for new product inventory Monitor supply chain delivery performance and communicate feedback to suppliers as appropriate Take Minutes of Sales/Operations Meetings

What we are looking for: Proficiency with MS Office and Excel is a must Familiarity with sales coordination; minimum 2 years experience Candidates with PA or project coordination experience in a large firm a plus. Chinese and dialect language speaking skills a bonus to communicate with customers Experience with international freight highly regarded
