Job Responsibilities :
To fill in Purchase Requisition Form and print out the Purchase Order accurately.
To place an order for stationary when requested.
To record and maintain optimum stock stationary.
To file relevant documents into relevant files for the record.
To answer incoming telephone calls.

Job Requirement :
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Knowledge in administration and office work procedure.
Skill in operating a typewriter, personal computer, various printer, fax machine and other office equipment is necessary.
Able to work independently.
1 Fulltime position available.
