This position works directly under the supervision of the Sales Director. Most areas of responsibility are reviewed on a monthly basis and supported by weekly reports as well as face to face discussion by the supervisor. Targets are established on a yearly basis with quarterly review to ensure overall companys targets/KPIs are met for the year.

Achieving growth and meeting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Designing and implementing a strategic sales growth plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence. Managing recruiting, objective settings, coaching and performance monitoring of sales engineers.


:Must be a graduate of bachelors degree in Engineering (any field).
:Preferably 8 years working experience in metal cutting products, machine tools or industrial products.
:3:5 years management experience
:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to communicate effectively in English and their local language (Thai).
:Competent in understanding and communicating all product and technical information.
:Effective in customer facing / engagement
:Possess own transport
:Willing to work on usual travel for customer/ client visit
:Amenable to work either in Bangkok, Chonburi or Rayong, Thailand


:Manage day:to:day responsibilities of a function.
:Develop tactical plans to achieve business results and provide feedback and input on strategy.
:Monitor processes and provide reports on progress and achievement of business objectives.
:Optimize resources allocation and utilization. Motivate the team members to improve their performance to achieve their objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance and projecting future performance.
:Develop annual sales plan for Thailand
:Manage operating and capital budgets. Manage quota allocation and variable compensation plan for the team.
:Develops strategy to enable unit to meet sales plan and expand the business in new areas.
:Define and communicate goals and objectives and achieve that through performance management.
