Assist the public with National Artisan Moderation Body (NAMB) / INDLELA. Assist student with National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS). Handling queries regarding conflicts between students and higher education institutions, both public and private. Authenticate public university qualifications. Capturing accurate information on Central Application Clearing House (CACH). Respond to all enquiries effectively. Monitor daily performance and perform end to day duties and produce daily reports and statistics.
