Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the organisation, receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages, pick up and deliver the mail. open and date stamp all general correspondence, assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferees and conference telephone calls, make preparations for company meetings, maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies, respond to company inquiries, provide word- processing and secretarial support activities, develop and maintain a current and accurate filling system, monitor the use of supplies and equipment (e.g. car log book), coordinate the repaired and maintenance of office equipment, assist the executive director and other staff as requested, perform other relation duties as required and reports to the my Supervisor.
