Duties would include:
General administrative functions, (e.g stock, orders, invoicing and other Pastel functions, import/export processes and the like)
Handling and directing telephonic and email enquiries
Assist with preparing technical quotations, using proprietary software for this.
Assist with handling service and repair matters and preparing reports and repair quotations
Customer consultation, as well has any reasonable tasks that may be assigned to you.
Opening/closing the office when required, as well as errands from time to time would be part of the position.
Normal office working hours would be from 8h00 to 16h30 Monday to Friday. Overtime work would be expected as required, without additional remuneration. Reasonable time off towards compensation for overtime can be discussed by mutual arrangement.
