Administrative and Accounting Support Officer Minimum Requirements: BCom Accounting and/or appropriate treasury experience.Corporate treasury experience.Treasury Accounting experience.Treasury Management systems.Project Management. Key Responsibilities:Perform and oversee Exchange Control applications and renewals, and maintain the internal registers.Undertake bank account documentation and administration and reporting as well as the bank account signatory registers and user access control.Assist with the on-boarding of new entities' banking administration.Maintain and record all parent and financial guarantees and security issued and received on behalf of the Omnia Holdings and any entity within the Group on the Treasury Management System.Record and maintain treasury resolutions register.Perform treasury related filing on the server as well as physical record keeping and filing.Provide bank FICA and KYC compliance checking. Supplier FICA & KYC compliance and bank verification.Verification and recording of Repayments for foreign payments, trade finance, loans and Intercompany Loans on banking platforms and treasury management system.Perform bank account reconciliations.Perform GL reconciliations on all internal and external treasury transactions.Perform reconciliation of FEC divisional journals.Perform reconciliation and analyses on divisional and treasury system CFC statements.Verify and analyse bank costs, fees, and charges.Reconciliation of interest on an overnight loan.Liaison with Regional Treasury and local and foreign entities.Liaise with TreasuryOne on an operational level.Liaise with banks on an operational level.Job Competencies:Problem solving/Trouble solving.Able to manage sensitive financial data (confidentiality and integrity).High levels of accuracy.Organised and structure.Ability to multi-task and prioritise.Attention to detail very important.Keep current with financial regulations and accepted practices.Financial acumen and understanding.Hard working and focused on meeting deadlines.
