 To ensure the correct recruitment and selection of store personnel in respect of company policy.

 To ensure that all security systems are effectively maintained and checked regularly.
 To ensure that the correct petty cash procedures are adhered to at all times.
 To oversee that merchandise is received promptly, efficiently and accurately at all times.
 To be responsible for the overall planning of delivery of merchandise.

 To ensure that all branch merchandise is correctly ticketed and priced.

 Grade 12
 Retail Diploma or a degree in Sales and Marketing an advantage
 Pref. 5 years Industry related experience, Of which at least 2 years middle Management experience
