POSITION SYNOPSIS:The position will provide support, coordination and administration of the Cash Management activities African operations and provide Customer focused execution of Cash Management activities as outlined in the Shared Services Centre's Partnership Agreement with its Customers.REQUIREMENTS: Serious contenders will have a National Advanced Certificate 2 years or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years' relevant Finance or Shared Services experience. Experience within the Finance function of a large Global organisation would be beneficial; Understanding of compliance and governance requirements is essential; Understanding of accounting standards, legislative requirements and regulations is essential; Working knowledge of SAP FI module is essential; Working knowledge of Cash Accounting and Foreign Exchange Management is essential; Advanced Microsoft Office suite Excel, PowerPoint experience is essential; Good analytical skills are essential. CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES: Assist in Cash Management and Forecasting activities; Provide input into Foreign Exchange Management SARB and Mozambique Central Bank requirements; Bank Clearing including on time quality accounting reconciliations associated with the Cash function; Banking and liaison requirements in support of Group Treasury; Liaison with Company Group Supply and Disbursement Functions; Treasury regulatory and legislative reporting requirements; Cash and Treasury governance, including participation in Internal and External Audits, Stewardship Reviews and SARB and Central Bank Audits; Administration of the Rehabilitation Trust Fund's banking and investment requirements; Active participation in ad-hoc Cash and Treasury Projects; Administration and query resolution of Employee Expense Management EEM for corporate credit cards and purchasing cards; Maintain relationships and provide information to both internal and external stakeholders; Ensure alignment with and compliance to internal controls including Company Code of Business Conduct, Group Level Frameworks, Standards, Policies, agreements, systems, and procedures; Develop supportive relationships with team members, and demonstrate and promote operational discipline when executing day-to-day activities; and be the first point of for ad hoc queries from team members; Contribute to maintain a culture of innovation, learning and development and continuous improvement. 12 Jun 2018 South Africa Standard Time Applications clos 27 Jun 2018 South Africa Standard Time
