We are looking for an experienced HR MANAGER to join this wellknown group of Lodges located with Game Reserve in Mpumalanga region. The purpose of Human Resources Manager is to maximize the productivity of the Game Reserve by optimizing the effectiveness of its employees. In so doing the focus is with the development of both individuals and the organization in which they operate. The HRM, then, is engaged not only in securing and developing the talents of individual employees and managers, but also in implementing programs that enhance communication and cooperation between all stakeholders to nurture organizational development. The HR Manager will manage the outputs in the following areas: Custodian of Organisational Values and drive implementation: Define and execute HR Business PlanDrive initiatives and provide Change Management expertise to the management teamProvide Strategic Input and Advisory Service and assistance to GM, managers in all HR related affairsStandardise processes, practices and develop HR SOPsMonthly HR reportingStaff planning and budgetingRecruitment and Selection, talent management and retentionProcess Salaries and administer Employee BenefitsAdministrate and improve the Leave Management systemComplete statutory documentation and keep staff updated on statutory changesRoll out Performance Reviews and drive performance improvementDraft position specific job s, employment contracts as well as process confirmation of employment / probation documents etc.Manage IR climate and ensure effective enforcement of policies, procedures and code of conduct. Ensure Legal Compliance and the fair application of labour lawsProvide leadership on all IR matters, include disciplinary enquiries and grievances.
