Job Description INSIDER SALES REPRESENTATIVE: In search of a talented and driven insider sales person to join a fast paced, healthy, and growing wholesale and retail business. Applicants will need to form part of a sales and warehousing team and ensure that daily operations run effectively and efficiently. Key performance areas will be as follows: Present and sell products to walk in and bulk buying customers. Successfully execute and deliver sales, marketing, and quotations. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and marketing strategies. Ensure quotations and leads convert to sales. Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Supply management with reports on customer needs, competition, problems and potential for new products/services. Ensure continuous improvement. Achieve sales targets and outcomes. Assist with general administrative duties, and ensure smooth operations.
