Minimum Requirements:
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English a must (Afrikaans and English must be your first and second languages)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Tertiary Qualification in Marketing advantageous
-Minimum 5 years lead generation experience and a proven track record in a professional or management services industry
-Experience in selling a professional or management service will be a huge advantage
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Excellent communication skills
-Well presented and professional
-Strong in procedure to follow-up leads
-Problem solving skills and ability to deal with potentially difficult clients
-Self-motivated, self-starter
-Ability to work under pressure in a very busy environment

Working Hours:
-25 to 30 hours per week
-Working from remote facility (e.G. Home based)
-Attendance at the office as and when required
Duties:
-Effectively implement and follow through marketing and sales initiatives, assist to create new marketing and sales opportunities, close deals, upsell to existing clients, in order to achieve targets. (Services - Business Accounting Services)
-Generate new business and focus on building strong customer relationships with potential clients.
-Updating social media, creating promotional email campaigns, coordinating exhibit and trade show appearances, and contacting customers.
-Work closely with the marketing executive.
-Preparing proposals, running reports, and a variety of other duties as assigned by the marketing executive.
-Participate in and perform required tasks for marketing and sales campaigns as per marketing plan and contribute to the updating and development of plans
-Participation in events and functions
-Assist in finding and contacting potential sales prospects
-Follow up on referrals and new leads to increase sales
-Manage sales pipeline in order to achieve targets as per sales plan, and assist with development of sales plans
-Preparing timeously a variety of marketing and sales forecasting and status reports including activities, follow-up and adherence to targets
-Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, presentations, and salescontracts
-Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing department by preparing reports, conducting research, and performing clericalfunctions
Salary: R 40.00 per hour for 25 ? 30 hours week (Flexi time)
(R 1 000.00 per week for 25 hours week, R 1 200.00 per week for 30 hours week)
Commission Structure:
-If actively pursue the lead: 1st year commission: 8.0%, 2nd year commission: 4.0%, 3rd year commission: 0%
-If admin assist another staff member to pursue the lead: 1st year commission: 4.0%, 2nd year commission: 2.0%, 3rd year commission:0%
-Commission starts from the 1st rand of new business generated
