Gr.12 certificate and a secretarial or office administration qualification are desired. At least 3 years' experience in an administrative support capacity. Experience in SAP and/ or risk management systems would be advantageous. Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Above average computer skills and proven experience in the use of MS Office packages Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Good planning and administrative skills, supported by a focus on attention to detail and accuracy of work, ensuring that deadlines are met. Advanced proficiency in the English language (grammar, reading, writing) Displays sound knowledge and application of telephone etiquette principles. Ability to take initiative. Adaptable and receptive to new ideas and different perspectives Demonstrates a high level of integrity, professionalism and absolute confidentiality. Ability to work independently and prioritise workload. Maintains a professional approach with regards to interpersonal relationships and in difficult and emergency situations.
