Receptionist positions availableMinimum requirements for the role: Minimum matric.12 years Receptionist experience is essential.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Computer literacy is essential with intermediate skill in Microsoft Office.Sound ability to communicate effectively across all levels.Must have a clear and controlled voice tone, be confident and friendly.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Operating a busy switchboard, liaising telephonically and face to face with staff and customers as well as managing the reception area.Taking messages and forwarding them to the relevant staff member.Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors and ascertain the purpose of their visit in order to assist them effectively.Performing all other general administration duties which includes typing of various documents, printing and filing as well as responding to incoming mail and taking messages etc.Assisting Admin with various tasks.Ensuring the reception area is always neat and tidy.Sorting incoming mail between private and enterprise.Binding all old documentation.
