To effectively manage a team of staff and processes for applications, contracts, and payouts, by ensuring consistent turnaround times, high quality of work and delivering a service of high standards

Job Responsibilities 13;

:Review and action relevant daily, weekly and monthly report
:Ensure accurate processing of applications, contracts, updates, and pay:outs
:Manage the workflow queues to ensure that the turn:around times on Applications, Contracts, and Pay:out are met as per SLA
:Pro:actively manage inconsistent volumes and break:down in technology
:Review pay:out pending checks and escalate identified trends to the Sales team to take corrective measures
:Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with Dealers and Sales team
:Proactively follow up and liaise with Sales/ Dealers on appeals and pay:out pending
:Attend to escalations from staff and Sales/Dealers in a timely manner
:Ensure that policy and procedure and compliance is followed in the team
:Identify, assess and report fraudulent transactions to the line manager
: Review and action New Business exception reports to protect the bank from financial and operational losses
:Monitor staff performance monthly against their individual KPAs to ensure that performance levels are at required standards 13;

Essential Qualifications : NQF Level 13;

:Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate 13;

Preferred Qualification 13;

Grade 12 and 3 year tertiary qualification in Banking or Finance field

Minimum Experience Level 13;

2 years appointed as a Payout Officer or 1 year appointed as a Validation Officer and 1 year Payout experience or 1 year appointed as a Credit Assessor
